To utilize AuraWell Collective's services, you must be at least 18 years of age. Account creation requires accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

Our Boulder user forums are spaces for mutual encouragement and genuine discussion. We expect all interactions to be positive and constructive. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or sharing of misleading information is strictly prohibited. Contribute health insights, not medical diagnoses.
When sharing user-generated wellness content – be it personal achievements, recipes, or tips – ensure it is original or you have proper rights/permissions. Content must be truthful, non-commercial, and align with our values of holistic well-being. Prohibited content includes explicit material, illegal activities, or promotion of harmful practices.
Violation of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at AuraWell Collective's sole discretion. We employ automated and manual monitoring to maintain a safe environment. Report any violations you encounter using our in-app reporting tools.

AuraWell Collective is committed to providing a highly available platform, aiming for 99.9% uptime. We conduct planned maintenance to improve services, which may cause temporary disruptions. Notifications for planned outages will be shared via our status page and in-app alerts whenever feasible.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be resolved through good faith mediation in Boulder, Colorado. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Boulder, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
AuraWell Collective, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraWell Collective from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
These Terms and your use of the AuraWell Collective platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Boulder, Colorado.
